![]() Incompatible hardware maybe if you're running a hackintosh or a PC, unlikely if not. ![]() Just saying there's only four culprits for crashes on your system but not on mine: conflicting drivers, incompatible hardware, software, or plug ins. I'm pretty sure it's one of two plug ins though. Oddly enough I was getting a crash on start in DP952 that would happen every time, but only the first time. I even stupidly selected VST3 as the primary plug in format and only about half of them pass validation. I'm not getting any crashes in DP 10 so far. ), in each of my VST and AU folders, plus at least a half dozen drivers for things as diverse as MTP/AV, NI, Ableton, Roli, RME, Logitech, Slate Raven, MPC etc. I've got 400+ plug ins ( I'm a sucker for bundled deals. Once it was removed Live was tight, and DP had zero glitches in MIDI beat clock. I was convinced it was Live because it happened much much worse in Live, but it was definitely the Logitech driver. ![]() Audio and MIDI drivers are the big culprits, but I've had Logitech USB drivers mess with MIDI timing in Live and DP. Then it's down to drivers on your system. With new software, I always disable 3d party plugins when testing.so nope.thats not it.
